*** OBSOLETE *** Ultra Quiet VAV Fan Powered Terminal Unit, Constant or Series
In today’s commercial structures, sound performance is a major concern. To satisfy this, Krueger’s KQF line of quiet fan powered induction terminals have been designed to handle sound sensitive applications. This terminal unit offers a durable design that features an integral attenuator and isolated blower panel. The multi-voltage motors, blower, and primary air damper components are easily accessible from the bottom of the unit. All KQFS units are ETL listed and AHRI certified. With several types of casing liners, there is a unit configuration to meet each job specification. This unit is designed to sustain optimum occupant comfort levels by maintaining a constant supply of air to the conditioned zone. The recirculation fan draws cold air from the primary air duct and warm air from the return plenum in proportional amounts to satisfy zone temperature requirements. Warm air and cold air blend in the unit fan before entering the discharge plenum. Optional heating coils may be used for additional terminal heating requirements. This unit is designed to sustain optimum occupant comfort levels by maintaining a constant supply of air to the conditioned zone.
